Biography
Miami-based Italian artist, Tania Saderi, studied art in Italy and the United
States. Raised in a bi-cultural environment, she has always been
fascinated with depicting the essence of different cultures, she uses
vibrant colors and bold strokes to present strong figures. She strives to
captivate the viewers with powerful abstractions, while inserting the
figures in her compositions, she draws the observer into an emotional
experience. Her love for travel and her bi-cultural experiences have
given light to her way of life and art. After her introductory art studies at
Rome’s Primo Liceo Artistico di Ripetta, she studied printmaking and
received a Bachelor of Fine Arts at California College of the Arts. This
was followed by her work at T. Delany Studios, an art/design company in
San Francisco, where she developed many public and private art works
on a larger scale, across a range of media. Leaving the Bay Area, she has
made Miami her home. With her classic academic upbringing, and her
knowledge for design, Tania has now gravitated towards abstract
figurative painting. She shares her appreciation for art in this
multicultural environment as seen in her latest exhibits.
